Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chester. The salary ranges from an OTE of £31,000 - £32,500.

  • Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
  • Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
  • Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
  • Organising & recommending maintenance works.
