An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Senior Property Relationship Manager. This role offers a realistic OTE of up to £34,000.

The role

  • Leading by example by delivering excellent customer service
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to Property Relationship Managers, leading team meetings, and overseeing ad hoc property management projects in collaboration with the Team Leader.
  • Conduct spot checks and quality control reviews of team outputs.
  • Supporting the Team Leader with day to day team management, plus providing cover for annual leave
  • Manage contractor relationships, ensuring good working relationships and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role
  • Solid industry and legislative knowledge
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Resilience when working in a fast paced & demanding environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to priorities tasks & responsibilities
  • Ability to support, mentor and coach a team
