As part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies, we're proud to have 10 offices and over 170 staff ready to assist our customers. With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property.
Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Relatioship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Vimto Gardens, Manchester. This role offers a realistic OTE of £32,500 – £34,500.
Let's talk about the role, it involves
- Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
- Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
- Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
- Organising & recommending maintenance works
