Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Relatioship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chester.The salary ranges from an OTE of £31,000 – £32,500.

- Making regular \’check in\’ calls with landlords.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
- Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
- Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
- Organising & recommending maintenance works
