Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester City Centre. This role offers a realistic OTE range of £28,000 - £30,000 pa.

Let’s talk about the role, it involves:

  • Registration and management of Letting applicants
  • Arranging & completing viewings/appointments
  • Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
  • Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
  • Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
  • Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions
