This is a full-time, permanent position based in Salford, Manchester.
You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work!
Let's talk about the role. It involves
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, acting as the main point of contact for supplier-related matters
- Source, assess and onboard new contractors in line with company procedures
- Develop and maintain a reliable contractor network that delivers quality, value for money, and appropriate geographic coverage
- Conduct regular engagement meetings and maintain ongoing communication with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance, investigate service issues, and help drive improvements where required
- Ensure contractor compliance records remain accurate, complete, and up to date
- Proactively manage document renewals, including insurance, certifications, and health & safety documentation
- Process contractor invoices accurately and within agreed timescales
- Prepare contractor statements, reconciliations, and resolve payment or invoice queries efficiently
- Produce reporting on contractor performance, compliance, and financial administration while supporting the wider Accounts and Property Management teams

- Confidence working with financial records, invoices, reconciliations, and account queries
