This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Sale City Centre. This role offers an OTE of £28,000 – £30,000 per annum.
Responsibilities- Registration and management of Letting applicants
- Arranging & completing viewings/appointments
- Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
- Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
- Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
- Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions
- Great customer service
- Experience in estate agency & administration is useful but not essential
- Highly organised & able to work under pressure
- Able to work Saturdays
