Now, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Branch Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Sale. If you have the ability to build strong client relationships, have an in-depth awareness of property transactions, and an eye for innovative marketing strategies, then we want to hear from you! The role offers an attractive uncapped OTE of £50,000 that reflects your true potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee their market leading Marple sales operation.
  • Lead, encourage and motivate a high performing team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales/Branch Manager in Estate Agency.
  • Deep rooted knowledge of property sales.
  • Professional approach with excellent sales and marketing strategy implementation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple KPIs.
  • Highly driven and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Full Driving License required.
