The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep knowledge of housing law and compliance, and a proven ability to drive team performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow the OME.
- Lead the team and implement proactive management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and enhance landlord and tenant retention.
- Regularly review customer feedback/complaints to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address concerns.
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding key performance metrics.
- Manage the Compliance.
