This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. The salary is competitive basic + commission (uncapped) with a £32,000 - £35,000 OTE.

- Proven experience as a Senior Sales/Branch Manager in Estate Agency.
- Deep rooted knowledge of leasehold apartment sales, preferably in Manchester City Centre.
- Professional approach with excellent sales and marketing strategy implementation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple KPIs.
- Highly driven and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Full Driving License required.
