We are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chester. The salary on offer has a realistic OTE range of £26,000-28,000 p.a dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the progression of a new tenancy from application to tenancy start date.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard.
- Maintain accurate file notes in our CRM system.
- Liaise with third party suppliers to provide and produce property reports.
We are looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Previous estate agency industry experience is desirable.
- Passionate about the property industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and communicator.
- Must be comfortable having conversations on the phone.
