Responsibilities
- Assist with debt recovery efforts by contacting debtors via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of debt recovery efforts and outcomes.
- Work closely with other members of the debt recovery team to ensure timely and effective debt recovery.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to debt recovery, such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in debt recovery or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
