Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Accompanied Viewer. This is a part-time, permanent position located in Chester.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and professionally showcasing and presenting vendor properties to prospective tenants/buyers.
- Provide information about the property and answer questions from prospective tenants/buyers.
- Provide feedback to the landlords/vendors about the viewings.
- Ensure the property is in a suitable condition for viewings.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or retail experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
