Let’s talk about the role, it involves:
- Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
- Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
- Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
- Organising & recommending maintenance works.
