We are excited to offer you an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Inspector. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Altrincham, Manchester. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, no weekend work, and the salary is £23,150.00 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Being the eyes of the business: attending properties to complete inventory, mid-term, and check-out inspections, and creating comprehensive reports on findings.
- Highlighting areas needing attention to maintain the property to the best standard, identifying potential health, safety or compliance risks, and feeding this back to Property Management for immediate action.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by liaising with tenants on site to understand any issues they are experiencing with the property, ensuring this is fully documented.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Fantastic attention to detail.
- Great communicator, both written and verbal.
- Methodical, organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with lone working.
- Experience in property management, surveying or housing (desired but not essential).
- Driving licence essential.
