Thornhvac is an Engineering recruitment agency and we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants for our Leeds Office or remote. We focus on Sales, Technical and Service roles for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning sector where the big current themes are energy saving and renewables.

The main benefits of working for us are:

  • Quality before quantity: We focus on improving systems in the business to help good companies quickly find good candidates and invest heavily in recruitment technology. Most of our work is on a retained basis and with many of the leading manufacturers in our sector.
  • Good rewards: We pay a basic of £40,000 for an experienced recruiter with a generous commission scheme that will give you an OTE of around £80,000 for personal billings of £200k. There is also Private Healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, 25 days + bank holidays and your birthday off.
  • Warm desk: We work with many market-leading clients, so there will be some account management from day one to enable you to establish yourself in the sector.
  • Home working: If you need to work from home up to 2 days a week – no problem, our phone and PC systems work just as well at home.
  • Good location: We have free parking and are based in East Leeds in a modern business centre just next to Thorpe Park and 2 minutes from junction 46 on the M1. Or if well established you can work remotely.
