The Role:
- Providing support to customers with technical issues on equipment at install, commissioning and post install levels.
- Working with engineers, installers and contractors via phone, email, video calls and site visits as required.
- Providing troubleshooting, diagnostics and warranty claims on products to include chillers, heat pumps, air handling units and air conditioning equipment.
- Involved with training and advising internal staff and external partners on best practice.
The Person:
- Seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer across commercial products to include chillers, heat pumps, AHU's and VRF.
- Ideally coming from a service and breakdown background working as an engineer, supervisor or manager, with the ability to help customers with fault diagnosis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full driving licence required, with trade qualifications such as F-Gas preferred but not essential.
