Are you keen to work for an expanding manufacturer who are investing heavily in production facilities, running large scale HVAC projects? Keen to work in the rapidly expanding market of data centres? Looking to experience overseas projects? Then this could be for you.
THE ROLE
- From order, you'll be the main point of contact for the client and guiding them through the project lifecycle.
- Close liaison with in-house design teams, factory and production for cooling led equipment supply, putting a programme of works together and overseeing technical on-site staff at delivery to commissioning and handover.
- Commercially responsible for project budgets, variations and working closely with the finance teams to ensure all contractual commitments are met.
- Overseeing all necessary health and safety, O&M, equipment manuals, witness testing plus ensuring all site documents & project reports are completed effectively.
- Travel to European sites, office and factory as required for meetings, as well as via regular MS Teams contact with all stakeholders.
THE PERSON
- Essential: HVAC Project Management experience of c£1m+ contracts.
- Experience of working on data centre projects preferred.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Desirable: Strong working knowledge of AHUs & chilled water cooling products.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but applications invited from a contractor background.
THE PACKAGE
- A basic salary between £50-70k, pending on background & experience.
- Package will include car/allowance (allowance is sizeable).
- Annual bonus, 25 days holiday.
THE LOCATION
You can be based anywhere in the UK, ideally with close links to an international airport. This is a remote work from home position, with travel to sites as required.
