Are you looking for a Sales Engineer role where you are judged on your technical and sales abilities rather than your proficiency in CRM? Then this could be just the job for you! We're looking for a Sales Engineer in the Bristol or Cardiff area to sell a top quality range of Commercial Renewables and Heating products.

THE COMPANY

A great product portfolio with a 400KW Heat Pump using R290 in a single unit available soon. This will complement the existing range of R290 Heat Pumps which can be cascaded to over 1 MW to meet most commercial project requirements. In addition to a leading edge range of renewables, a more traditional range of heating and hot water products are available for refurb projects or where the budget is tight. Monthly uncapped commission - which seems to be quite rare, as most companies opt for an annual bonus. A good working environment with a low staff turnover. A nimble and customer focused approach to NPD resulting in 1st to market on a number of products giving you the edge as a Salesperson.

THE ROLE

  • To call on M&E Consultants and M&E Contractors and Local Authorities seeking out commercial renewables and heating projects.
  • To identify customers' projects and help them to design and select the correct units.
  • To provide quotations to customers and follow up to win the project.
  • To help organise CPDs and present to customers.
  • Attend events to help promote the brand.
  • Provide advice to customers onsite.

THE PERSON

Experience of selling commercial heating or associated products such as: pumps, water heaters, system protection, valves. Technical enough to be able to loosely advise M&E Consultants on design issues.

THE PACKAGE

Basic to £55K Commission to £14K p.a. paid monthly. Annual bonus worth £5K Tesla Life insurance and Pension.

THE LOCATION

Ideally based in Cardiff or Bristol to cover the South Wales and South West area. 90% of your time will be spent in and around these two areas so unfortunately we can't accept applications from people in Devon or Cornwall.
