Key Responsibilities:- Manage a 360 recruitment role, including candidate search and resourcing.
- Work with well-established major clients on a warm desk.
- Visit the office near Garforth, East Leeds once a month.
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, consistently operating at £150k+ per annum.
- Strong written, telephone, and verbal communication skills in English.
- IT literate and comfortable using databases daily.
- Excellent organizational skills and self-discipline.
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment.
- Conscientious and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Remote work from anywhere in the UK.
- Full office setup provided.
- Basic salary up to £35k, with an open-ended commission structure (40% of turnover). OTE £60k on £150k.
