HVAC Technical Support Engineer in Portsmouth

HVAC Technical Support Engineer, based near Portsmouth. Salary up to £50k plus full company benefits. THE ROLE * Providing support to customers with technical issues on equipment at install, commissioning and post install levels. * Working with engineers, installers and contractors via phone, email, video calls and site visits as required. * Providing trouble-shooting, diagnostics and warranty claims on products to include chillers, heat pumps, air handling units and air conditioning equipment. * Involved with training and advising internal staff and external partners on best practice. THE PERSON * Seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer across commercial products to include chillers, heat pumps, AHU's and VRF. * Ideally coming from a service and breakdown background working as an engineer, supervisor or manager, with the ability to help customers with fault diagnosis. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Full driving licence required, with trade qualifications such as F-Gas preferred but not essential. THE PACKAGE A basic up to £50k plus full company benefits, 25 days holiday. THE LOCATION A hybrid role based out of the office near Portsmouth Some home working offered once trained, plus trouble-shooting visits to customer sites as and when required
