THE ROLE
- From specifications and drawings, you'll be designing a technical solution for customer projects.
- Sizing calculations and selections of equipment & components.
- Assist with developing a bill of materials to create a proposal and quotation.
- Creating 2D CAD models and drawings for manufacturing.
- Assisting with site visits and surveys as required.
THE PERSON
- Previous HVAC experience in a project design led role, applications engineer, estimator or CAD Engineer.
- Applications also invited from young engineers with a strong mechanical background from a degree or HNC.
- Understanding and knowledge of mechanical building services, specifically airflow & heating/cooling system design.
- Able user of CAD software and ability to use excel for design formula.
- Clean driving licence preferred, to attend site visits or surveys.
THE PACKAGE
Basic salary in the c£30-40k bracket, depending on background, experience and relevant career background. Annual Company bonus paid out on profits.
THE LOCATION
Ideally you'll be located near to the Redditch area. Please note, this is an office-based role.
