THE ROLE
- Working for a product supplier, providing pre-sales applications support.
- Developing a customer enquiry to gain project information.
- Use of product selection software to help design the solution.
- Build a bill of materials and create a fully costed quotation.
- Provide advice and support to customers on technical and product information.
THE PERSON
- Ideally you'll have some working experience in HVAC, Building Services, Air Conditioning or heat pumps.
- Minimum of 1 years' career as an Applications Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Design Engineer, Internal Sales Engineer or Project Engineer.
- Good customer skills to liaise effectively with clients and IT skills to use the in-house selection software packages.
THE PACKAGE
- A basic salary in the £32-40k bracket, pending on background & experience.
- 25 days holiday.
- Annual bonus.
