THE ROLE

  • Working for an HVAC contractor/installer focused on cooling solutions, you will be developing tender drawings and specifications, under the mentoring of an experienced manager.
  • Undertaking heat/cool load calculations.
  • Assessing & driving selection of equipment to include VRF air conditioning units, Air Handling Units, extract systems and associated pipework.
  • Supporting customers with site surveys, advice and technical information.
  • Assisting with pushing estimating as required.

THE PERSON

  • Ideally, you will have around 2 years minimum experience in a project design role.
  • Good working knowledge of cooling systems to include Air Conditioning.
  • A background in Mechanical Building Services, either working as a Design Engineer from an M&E Consultancy, M&E contractor or in Applications with an HVAC manufacturer.
  • Full driving licence to survey sites & attend any client meetings.

A basic up to £42k, with car/allowance.
