THE ROLE:

  • On-site supervision on a data centre, overseeing the successful installation of HVAC equipment to include CRAC, CRAH and fan wall units.
  • Work closely with the company's Project Manager and the client on-site, to ensure the programme of works is being completed, labour and sub-contractors are assigned and health and safety checks are completed.
  • Working with the commissioning engineers once equipment is installed.
  • Quality checks and working through snagging lists.
  • Ongoing reporting of job progress up to successful completion.

THE PERSON:

  • This role would suit a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or experienced commissioning engineer in HVAC systems.
  • Experience working on data centres is an advantage but not essential.
  • Understanding of cooling equipment, to include chilled water so you can understand the technology you'll be working on.
  • You'll be happy travelling & working away across Europe.
  • Good knowledge of English, both speaking and writing.
  • Site qualifications to be on-site (typically SMSTS).
  • EU citizen & passport holder.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic salary in the €60-70k bracket. Fully expensed. All travel, flights, hotels/accommodation & meals paid for.

THE LOCATION:

You'll be based in Ireland and comfortable with working away in Europe, to include locations such as Amsterdam & Madrid.
