Heat Pumps Support Engineer based south of Sheffield.

THE ROLE:

  • Providing technical support to installers, service engineers and their internal service team to rectify faults and issues on heat pumps.
  • Use of phone, email, video call and via occasional site visit to fully investigate and diagnose equipment faults.
  • Working from in-depth product manuals and installation guides to provide accurate responses.
  • Assist and support across the technical team to include training, product management, warranty claims and design/quotes as required.

THE PERSON:

  • Experience in a similar technical support role or as an install, service or maintenance engineer.
  • Heat pumps experience is of benefit but not essential, as full training will be given.
  • Suitable backgrounds include plumbing, heating, electrical or HVAC engineering.
  • You’ll be comfortable in an office environment and come with good verbal and written skills to support customers.

THE PACKAGE:

A basic salary up to approx £40k, possibly lifted based on suitable experience. Excellent benefits package to include healthcare and 25 days holiday.

Based south of Sheffield.
