THE ROLE:
- Providing on-site support to customers and contractors, specifically on AHUs.
- Assisting with breakdowns, fault-finding plus at commissioning stage too.
- Giving technical advice and product support information, both on-site and from the office.
- Assisting with other service-based tasks such as quotes, warranty information out of the office as required, when not on-site.
THE PERSON
- Strong technical background in service and commissioning of Air Handling Units.
- Current or previous jobs may include Service Engineer, Service Technician, Commissioning Engineer or Installation Engineer.
- Applications also invited from contracts engineers or project engineers who are technically able to diagnose equipment and help customers on-site.
- Previous or current office experience is an advantage but not essential.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary in the £45-52k bracket, with company car or allowance. Full company benefits plus 25 days holiday.
THE LOCATION
Ideally based in the Birmingham area. Travel will be required to customer sites as required and in the Birmingham office as required.
