The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Service Engineer, data centre cooling across London / South East. Basic salary up to £50k, plus £10-20k door-to-door travel/overtime and a company vehicle.

THE ROLE

  • Undertake planned maintenance of CRAC & CRAH equipment across data centres throughout London and the South East.
  • Diagnose and repair faults and breakdowns of equipment.
  • Assist with replacement and commissioning of replacement or new units.
  • Provide service and site documentation reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the end client to minimise disruption and downtime, ensuring the site is fully maintained to agreed standards.

THE PERSON

  • F-Gas qualified engineer, ideally with NVQ Level 2/3.
  • Some experience preferred on close-control data centre cooling equipment, focusing on CRAC & CRAH units.
  • A/C engineers with experience of complex servicing and commissioning of VRF, chillers or AHUs may also be considered.
  • Additional certifications such as IPAF, PASMA and CSCS are preferred but not essential.

THE PACKAGE

Basic salary in the £45-50k bracket. Door-to-door travel and overtime can add an additional £10-20k. Company vehicle, high pension contribution and 25 days holiday.

THE LOCATION

The role involves covering sites across London and surrounding areas inside and outside the M25, including London, Maidstone, Chelmsford, Guildford, Farnborough, Slough, Reading, Watford and Luton.
