Thornhill Primary School are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about providing personalised support for pupils with additional needs, to ensure they achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will:
- be nurturing, calm and patient
- be self-motivated to engage in professional development
- have excellent communication skills with pupils with language difficulties
- be driven to support pupils to achieve their full potential
- remain calm, be resilient and flexible when supporting pupils who may require additional emotional or behavioural support
- promote independence
- be passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive and succeed
