We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, passionate, and highly organised Head of Year to join our pastoral team. This is a key role within the academy, where you will:
- Lead and inspire a year group, fostering high expectations, positive attitudes, and a strong ethos of achievement.
- Oversee the academic progress, attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing of pupils within the year group.
- Lead and support a team of Form Tutors, providing guidance and celebrating successes.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure pupils are fully supported.
- Play a key role in whole‑school initiatives, assemblies, and events.
