Thornfield Care Home in Seaton is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia. You will plan group and one-to-one activities, working with the Home Manager to ensure activities align with care plans and are well organised.
You will maintain accurate records, review and improve the programme, and be prepared to work alternate weekends as part of a committed care team.
