Thornfield Care Home in Seaton on the Jurassic Coast is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme that enhances wellbeing and social engagement.
You will plan and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents' interests and care needs, including those living with dementia, while building strong relationships with the Home Manager and team to ensure records are accurate and the programme is continuously improved.
