Thornfield Care Home in Seaton is seeking a compassionate Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme that enhances wellbeing and social interaction for residents, including those living with dementia.
You will plan and lead group and one-to-one activities, tailor activities to individual interests, and work closely with the Home Manager to keep records and continually improve the programme.
The role requires occasional weekend work.
