Thorne and Wait Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Picking and Packing Operative for our client based just in Bicester
They are looking for someone to join the warehouse team who is capable of picking orders, checking stock and cleanliness of workplace. The candidate needs to be an innovative and dependable operative.
Duties include:
Report stock differences on the picking list, general warehouse duties including cleanliness and work in a proactive way.
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Candidate Specification
Always Adhering to health and safety.
Check the quantity and quality of the incoming and outgoing goods.
Equipment maintenance, inventory control.
Good spatial awareness.
Attention to details and ability to operate and control equipment.
Experience in meat handling
Knowledge in stocking, stacking, packing, critical thinking
Personal Qualities:
Flexible & open minded.
Excellent Communication and fluent in English.
Positive, Committed, and adaptable individual.
