Our Client is a high spec oil and gas manufacturing company in the Glenrothes area.

The role:

  • Provide operational leadership across all operations
  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across multiple sites
  • Ensure delivery against safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives
  • Support new business activity through operational input into tenders and bids
  • Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture
  • Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing activities

The Person:

  • Previous senior operations management experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience managing complex manufacturing environments
