A leading manufacturing company based in the Dundee area with a long history of producing high quality products is seeking a Production Supervisor.
THE ROLE
This role will suit a Production Supervisor who recognises “what good looks like” and has a clear understanding of manufacturing principles. There is a flat structure in the factory and a headcount of 15, so the role will be suitable for a hands-on individual who thrives on day to day decision making and direct man management. Your challenge is to bring a professional manufacturing approach to drive improvement to all KPIs.

You will be a confident and experienced Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background. You will have a positive approach and really thrive on improving production through hands-on, real time management of processes, people and performance.
