Engineering / Operations Manager – Warehousing and Distribution – East London / Essex border - c£120,000 + Bonus + Benefits Package Our Client Is a hugely successful provider of storage systems and automated warehouse processes.
As Engineering / Operations Manager you will have the autonomy to build an operation from the ground up, influence business strategy and develop a high-performing team within a world-class automated logistics environment.
The Role As Engineering / Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership of the engineering, SHE and HR functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, outstanding engineering performance and the successful delivery of contractual KPIs.
The Person We're looking for an experienced Engineering / Operations Manager with a strong engineering or technical background who has progressed into a senior leadership role.
You'll ideally have experience within automated complex engineering environments controlling warehousing, logistics / distribution operations
