Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a Support Worker within Mental Health Services to provide care in clients’ homes in the Weston-super-Mare area.
The role involves 1:1 and 2:1 support, building trusting relationships and enabling independence, with flexible shifts across the day.
You will work with individuals with severe anxiety, depression and other conditions, applying PBS standards and delivering compassionate, patient care.
