We’re looking for Support Workers within Mental Health Services who are committed to making a real difference—people who truly care and want to build long-term partnerships with those they support. You’ll help clients achieve personal goals, explore new hobbies, and enjoy trips into the community—all while creating relationships that bring lasting satisfaction for both you and them.
You will work in varying ratios of 1:1 and 2:1 shifts, with the opportunity for shadow shifts beforehand. You will be trained specifically to care for the client. You should be a patient, caring and compassionate person. You will have an understanding of complex mental health conditions and learn how best to comfort and support our client day‑to‑day.
