Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Ilford, Essex
Shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday nights - 21:00-07:00
Pay Rates (including holiday pay):
- Nights: £19.15 per hour
- Weekends: £21.22 per hour

We are recruiting experienced, reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join a dedicated team providing ongoing night support to an adult female within her own home. Working alongside another competent carer, you will support with medication administration, enteral feeding, and moving & handling, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to our client and her family while becoming part of a supportive and professional team. We offer full training, paid shadow shifts, and regular ongoing night work, making this an ideal role for caring individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding community care.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking healthcare assistants who are:

- Experienced in UK care (minimum 12 months).
