PAY RATES: £16.50 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers.
  • Ensure delivery of person‑centred care within supported living accommodation.
  • Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance with safeguarding standards.
  • Promote independence and positive risk‑taking for service users.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
