Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker
Location: Liverpool
Shifts: 0900 – 1700
Pay Rates (including holiday pay): D days £16.81 / Weekends £21.01
As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider Thornbury Community Services recruits learning disabilities support workers to utilise their skills and expertise to enable our clients to live safe and fulfilled lives where they can achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies and take trips into the community.
We are looking to recruit learning disabilities support workers in Liverpool with UK-based learning disabilities care experience to work with our client within her own home.

Role requirements
We look for learning disabilities support workers with a minimum of 12 months of UK‑based experience who are passionate, resilient and highly skilled. In order to be considered for this role we require the following key skills:
- Experience and confidence in performing physical interventions (restraints) in the last two years
- Experience supporting clients with autism
- Experience of eating disorders
- 12 months UK work experience within a relevant support worker role
