Support Worker within Learning Disability Services
LOCATION: Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire
PAY RATES: £16.81 - £21.01 per hour (holiday pay inclusive)
Shifts - flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to support a bright, resilient and engaging young person with a great sense of humour. The role involves building a trusting relationship, encouraging independence, and supporting interests such as art, baking, cooking, education, and community activities. We are seeking someone who is kind, patient, and reliable, with a passion for helping young people develop confidence, life skills, and achieve their goals.
