Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Female)
Location: Bromyard, Hereford
Shifts: Days & Nights: 08:00-20:00 & 20:00-08:00
Pay Rates (including holiday pay):
- Days: £18.56 per hour
- Nights: £20.83 per hour

In this role, you will be expected to support in physio, aqua therapy and assisted communication technology as well as music therapy and art. You will assist with accessing social environments working closely with private therapists using high tech equipment to enhance the life of a young lady who lives at home with her family. Things can change very quickly and you will work alongside a highly skilled qualified nurse. This can be a rewarding environment for those who want to see the differences that their input and skills makes to the complex care package. The team around the client is strong and supportive.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking healthcare assistants who are:
- Compassionate and resilient, with a genuine passion for person-centered care.
- Experienced in UK care (minimum 12 months).
- Skilled in key areas such as:
- Exposure to clinical complex care
- Personal care
