As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider, Thornbury Community Services recruits healthcare assistants to play a vital role in the care and support our clients receive in the community. You will utilise your expertise, skills and knowledge to enable our clients to achieve their personal goals, learn new hobbies and live as independently as possible.
We are looking to recruit healthcare assistants in Maidenhead with UK-based care experience to work with our client in the community. Working alongside a nurse, you will be utilising your complex care skills and slotting into the families home whilst on shift. Our client has a spinal injury; experience of this is desirable.

Role requirements:
We are looking for healthcare assistants with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience who are passionate, resilient and highly skilled. In order to be considered for this role we require the following key skills:
- Understanding of complex care
- Exposure to tracheostomy and ventilation
- Personal care
- Manual Handling
