We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead and support our dedicated team in delivering exceptional, person‑centred care for an individual with ADHD, FASD, learning disability and PTSD. About the Role

  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership of the home and staff team, ensuring staffing levels, skill mix and maintaining a structured, calm and predictable environment tailored to the young person’s needs.
  • Act as the designated safeguarding lead, ensuring all safeguarding concerns and incidents are responded to and escalated.
  • Lead and embed a planned transition approach as the young person approaches 18, gradually shifting practice from child‑based frameworks toward adult models of care.
  • Oversee person‑centred care planning informed by trauma, attachment and psychological formulation, ensuring behaviour support, safety plans and interventions are proportionate, reviewed and ethically sound.

Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Management experience within homes or community-based services with a leadership/management qualification.
  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or physical disabilities.
