Adult Complex Care Nurse – Community Based

Location: Portsmouth

Shifts: Days Monday-Friday

Thornbury Community Services, an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated provider, recruits adult nurses to deliver bespoke care to individuals at home, helping them stabilize, achieve personal goals, and engage in community activities.

We are seeking adult nurses in Portsmouth with UK-based complex care experience to support a 20-year-old female with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, who enjoys Disney, music, shopping, and fashion. She lives with her family and pet dog.
