£12.42 per hour, depending on experience
Full time permanent position: 40 hours per week worked over 5 days, mainly evening shifts and weekends. Shifts between 12.30 to 00.00.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
- Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions.
- Take ownership of guest’s requirements and food allergies.
- Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments.
- Effectively communicate with managers and all colleagues.
- Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experienced bartender.
- Knowledge of traditional cocktails and spirits.
- Experience with handling guest queries and complaints.
- Natural passion and flair for the industry and food.
- A calm mature approach.
- Ambition to succeed at the highest levels.
- Dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative when needed.
- Willing to learn new things.
