Thornbury Castle is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dedicated Food & Beverage team in the historic castle hotel near Bristol.
This full-time role (40 hours per week) requires mainly evening shifts and weekend availability. You will support the F&B Operations Manager, supervise staff, train colleagues, and ensure Relais & Châteaux standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences across breakfast, tea, dinner and functions up to 80 guests.
