Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Timber Machine Operative located in Grangemouth. The Lead Timber Machine Operative will be responsible for overseeing the operation of timber processing machinery, ensuring the production schedule is adhered to, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality control of the finished products. The role will also involve training and supervising junior operatives, complying with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
