What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities to achieve successful project completion.
- Ensure industry-leading health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to deliver planned works.
- Produce and monitor short-term programmes aligned with overall project schedules.
- Monitor costs and ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of works.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients and project teams.
Who You Are
- Has proven experience in a Site Manager or similar on-site leadership role within construction.
- Has proven experience in a range of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, commercial, and Leisure.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Has excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage subcontractors and site teams.
- Understands and enforces robust health & safety procedures.
